This is a RICOH Quartz Wristwatch “HEART OF JAPAN GIFU” edition.

The dial features a map of Japan with a red heart symbol on Gifu prefecture a unique and rare design, likely produced for promotional or commemorative purposes. Very hard to find nowadays and collectible.
